As A Dedicated, Christ-like Team We Will Provide A Christian Setting
In Which Life Changing Experiences May Occur For All Involved.
PHILOSOPHY
Windermere is maintained for the purpose of providing a Christian setting for all Missouri Baptists to experience spiritual growth, training, recreation, and relaxation.
The sacred trust to which Windermere is committed and the fundamental reason for its existence is to promote the spiritual, moral, mental, and physical development of all who attend its programs and use its facilities.
Various types of programs are made available, depending on the group(s) being served, including conferences, retreats, seminars, and camps.
The physical facilities are to be designed and maintained in keeping with these programs. Though programming may vary within these areas, Windermere policy and philosophy suggest that all programs be conducted within the framework of the following objectives.
OBJECTIVES

To provide modern functional facilities and equipment to undergird an intensive Christian training program that is relevant to today’s society and to traditional family values.

To provide a setting in which worship, prayer, Bible study, and mission study may become intensely personal, meaningful, and helpful in Christian renewal and commitment.

To provide a conference center staff that exemplifies the best in Christian conduct and service.
