Windermere
is nestled in a quiet, picturesque cove on the Lake of the Ozarks and is
the ideal place for your conference, banquet, meeting or quick informal
get-together. We offer a wide variety of banquet facilities and services.
Whether you want a light snack, a small intimate gathering or a large
formal banquet, we can meet your needs. Windermere's staff strives to
maintain a high level of excellence in all areas of our catering service.
In order to insure that your event meets your expectations and our
standards for quality, we request that a minimum of 7 days notice be
given.
Our staff is trained to make your dining experience pleasurable. Whether
you choose to hold your event at our facility or yours, we will work with
you to provide the best experience possible. Our catering services are not
limited to the menus and items that are listed here and we will be happy
to meet with you to plan your next event. We would be delighted to plan
any special theme or menu that you desire. Windermere would like to thank
you and your organization for choosing our catering services.

Served
The place
setting will be china including a dinner plate, salad plate, bread &
butter plate, dessert plate, water goblet and/or iced tea goblet, knife,
salad fork, dinner fork, spoon, dessert fork or spoon, and cloth napkin.
Each customer table will have a centerpiece and appropriate condiments as
menu dictates (ex. cream, sugar, sugar Substitute, salt, pepper, etc.).
Serving personnel will be dressed in black slacks, black dress shoes,
white tuxedo shirt, black vest, and black bow tie.
Meal will consist of:

Buffet
The meal
service will be served Buffet Style (minimum 25 people). The food will be
presented on a skirted table(s) with a center piece using appropriate
display trays and chafing dishes. Guests will serve themselves to whatever
food they may like from the buffet tables.
However, Buffet Style does not mean that the service is all-you-can-eat.
There will be sufficient food for the guests to go through the buffet line
